Atlantic Coast Wins 3rd Straight Gateway Conference Championship!

Mandarin High School- How do you win three straight Gateway Conference Track Championships in a row? Just Believe! This sounds simple enough, but for Coach Holmes and his Atlantic Coast Girls track team, believing starts with their preparation. ” We break down everything text book style, to the fundamentals, technique, to the mental part of the game, and at the end of the day we put the speed into it, and it all comes together.”-Coach Holmes. This preparation has any athlete that walks on the track at the beginning of the season confident in themselves, and believing they will win.
