One of the hottest offensive linemen in the country is Raines Offensive Tackle Solomon Thomas. He currently had 33 D-1 offers as a rising junior. Thomas has natural strength, with the ability to man-handle defenders with brute power. He’s also quick with his feet, able to cut off quick athletes to the quarterback. His dominant play earned him the elite distinction as a 5-star athlete, and Duval Sports Prime Time Player in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
Thomas finished his junior year as one of the top players in the United States, rated a 5-star athlete by Rivals and number 18 in the country. An ESPN Jr. 300 ranked number 20 in the country. Earned a spot to the Under Armour All-America game. The 247 Sports number 21 ranked player in the country. Hecommitted to Florida State University after helping lead Raines to the playoffs again with a 10-2 record in 2023. He would then lead Raines to a state championship appearance in 2024 and sign his LOI to play for LSU. Thomas is a State Champion Discus Thrower to go along with his many other talents.
The standout of the first half of FSU’s Big Man Camp was Solomon Thomas, a 2025 OL from Jacksonville Raines.
