Trendell Anderson

Trendell Anderson, junior running back at St. Augustine High in Jacksonville, had a breakout 2024 football season. Rushing for 1155 yards, he ranked in the top 62 in Florida overall, top 5 in Class 4A, and led District 3 in both rushing yards and rushing touchdowns (1p). In Week 2’s 34–14 victory over Menendez, Anderson exploded for 100 yards and three touchdowns on just 13 carries. He also delivered a pivotal 196-yard, two-touchdown performance in the win over Bartram Trail.

Every big time opponent Anderson played bigger than the back he faced. He had 119 yards and 4 TDs versus an undefeated Nease team. He had 188 yards rushing and a score versus top ranked Mandarin. He ended the season versus American Heritage in the playoffs, running wild for 135 yards and a touchdown. Look out for him next year!
