Romelo Johnson

Johnson is apart of the vaunted triple threat rushing attack at Fletcher under former NFL running back and Florida Gator Ciatrick Fason. Just a sophomore, coaches have already seen promising talented and unique skills that sets him apart from other rushers. With straight-line down hill speed, coupled with exceptional vision, Johnson provides a change of pace that catches defenses off guard. 

In game one of the 2026 season versus Sandalwood, Johnson rushed 4 times for 54 yards, including a 27-yard touchdown. His 13.5 RPG average leads the team. Johnson has shown the ability to protect the football, and carry the rock with confidence which has instilled trust in the coaching staff to use him in different game scenarios. He will continue to make big plays this year for the Senators, and is projected to have a break-out year as a junior.  Definitely keep an eye on Romelo Johnson.
