Biography

A cornerstone of Raines’ offensive line, Mitchell is known for his physical style of play and ability to control defenders at the point of attack. He uses his length and powerful hands to keep pass rushers at bay while creating running lanes for the Vikings’ rushing attack. His balance, footwork, and lateral quickness allow him to excel in pass protection, making him a dependable blind-side protector against some of the state’s top defensive talent.

Mitchell’s size is impressive. He also plays with discipline, understands leverage, and consistently finishes blocks with authority. Whether pulling in space, sealing the edge, or driving defenders off the ball, Mitchell displays the versatility and athleticism that college coaches seek in an elite offensive tackle.

Playing for one of Florida’s most successful football programs has accelerated Mitchell’s development. Competing in a championship culture at Raines in back to back state championship appearances helped sharpen his skills and prepare him for the next level.
