The highest rated defensive back of his class is Mandarin’s Brody Jennings. As a sophomore, Jennings tallied 37 tackles, and 2 INTs, while also amassing 149yds receiving on offense. Where Jennings shows incredible athleticism is on special teams where he totaled 3 blocked FGs. There was nothing this young and talented rising star couldn’t do, and college coaches took notice.
With numerous D-1 offers including Florida, Virginia Tech, and Miami, Jennings chose the maize and blue, committing to Michigan in 2024. He recently switched his commitment to Miami July 2025, and signed with the Canes in December 2025.
The 3-Time First Team Duval Sports Prime Time Player had another great year as a junior tallying 29 tackles, a sack, 1 INT, 3 pass deflections, and 2 fumble recoveries. His senior season saw Jennings play inspirational ball for his late father (former FSU National Champion linebacker Bradley Jennings). He nabbed 4 interceptions, including a pick 6. 8 pass deflections along with a forced fumble and fumble recovery.
