Biography

He was the top rated middle school quarterback in Northeast Florida by Duval Sports in 2022-2023, after leading Lake Shore Middle to a Duval County Middle School Championship. Now, Jaidan Delaune has taken over the reigns at quarterback for Oakleaf and is looking to show everyone why he’s one of the top talents in Florida! .

Delaune possesses immense talent, showing impressive accuracy and arm strength, able to drop passes in the hands of receivers from deep, or put them on receivers quickly on a rope. He is also mobile, possessing the ability to pick up yardage on the ground when needed as a second option.

This was on display last year while quarterbacking Riverside HS.  In week 2 Delaune went 12/20 for 180 passing yards a passing TD, along with 120 rushing yards, and 3 rushing TDs vs Fleming Island. He finished his junior season with 2,046 passing yards, 21 TDs, with 465 rushing yards and 8 TDs.

He comes from a football family, as his father coached him, and has an older brother who also played quarterback.  As a Duval Sports 5-star rated quarterback, watch this class of 2027 QB continue to turn heads and generate college interests.
