The 2025 quarterback Locklan Hewlett passed for 2,126 yards and 23 touchdowns and was rewarded with a power 5, ACC offer from Wake Forest. His junior season, Hewlett passed for 2,712 yards, 23 TDs and 5 ints. Posting a 125.9 passer rating. He decommitted from Wake Forrest and committed to South Florida.
As a senior, Hewlett passed for 2,910 yards and 31 touchdowns leading St. Augustine deep into the playoffs once again. He cemented his spot as a First Time Prime Time Player for the third consecutive year.
