Biography

Shaunqueze Foster Jr. has emerged as one of Northeast Florida’s most explosive running backs, becoming the engine that powers Mandarin High School’s offense. With a rare combination of speed, vision, power, and patience, Foster has established himself as one of Jacksonville’s top playmakers and a rising prospect in Florida’s Class of 2027.

Standing out for his ability to make defenders miss in the open field while also running with authority between the tackles, Foster is the complete package at the running back position. His exceptional vision allows him to identify running lanes before they develop, and once he reaches the second level, his burst and acceleration make him a threat to score on every touch. Whether grinding out tough yards or breaking away for a long touchdown run, Foster has consistently proven he can carry the load for the Mustangs’ offense.

During the season, Foster turned in one of the area’s most productive performances, rushing for 1,217 yards and 17 touchdowns on 170 carries. Averaging an impressive 7.9 yards per carry, he demonstrated remarkable efficiency while serving as Mandarin’s featured back. His ability to consistently produce explosive plays and move the chains made him one of the most dependable offensive weapons in Northeast Florida.
