Biography

Maybe the most impressive physical specimen in high school football today is Bolles Safety Simeon Caldwell. The fact that he’s the size of a linebacker, but has the ability to play safety speaks volumes about his versatility. Caldwell can come down to make punishing hits, as well as roam the secondary to pick off passes.

As a rising junior, Caldwell finished with 137 tackles (second on  the team), 2 interceptions, 5 hurries and a sack at safety. He was one of the most dynamic young playmakers on defense in the area. Watch out for another dynamic year from him as he enter his senior campaign. He is the youngest defensive player in history to make the Duval Sports First Team Prime Time Player list.

Caldwell committed to Ohio State in 2025 following another outstanding year where he tallied 80 tackles, 3 sacks, and 2 blocked field goals as a junior. It’s amazing to think he has another year to get even better.
