Arlington Middle School-\u00a0<\/strong>A game that neither team had circled on their calendar at the beginning of the season, turned into a game that would go around and around in circles Tuesday afternoon. Landamark (3-0) would travel to Arlington (3-0) in hopes of essentially wrapping up the eastern division crown, however Arlington had other plans on their minds. Both teams knew this was a must win for them in order to make the playoffs and both squads played like it.<\/p>\n

Landmark trailed at the half 7-6 falling behind the hungry Arlington ball club. It was a blazing touchdown run by Zaiire Gatling who got the Seahawks on the board first. Trailing by one point, Landmark seemingly got the big break they needed when Arlington fumbled, and it was recovered by the Seahawks. Landmark would capitalize on the turnover when\u00a0Anthony Kirkland ran it in for the touchdown. The conversion\u00a0 was good, and Landmark led 14-7.<\/p>\n
