The question that seems to be the hot topic in the area is who is better, the undefeated St. Augustine Yellowjackets, or the undefeated Raines Vikings? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fduvalsports%2Fposts%2Fpfbid0PN5XH2JHH857LoxNrjwVjhsLor1JcDBQCimR7BxAbHWJKLQEo56EyV7HRGagt29vl&#038;show_text=true&#038;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"589\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, we won&#8217;t see this matchup on the field this year, but after 8 weeks, although Raines has more impressive wins, St. Augustine has the more difficult schedule. Their 41\u201321 win over Columbia (9\/26) was powered by <strong>Somourian Wingo<\/strong> (151 receiving yards, 2 TDs) and <strong>Durell Preston<\/strong> (104 rushing yards, 2 TDs). St. Augustine\u2019s balanced attack \u2014 high-octane passing and downhill running \u2014 plus consistent pressure up front, keeps them the standard in the region. St. Augustine visits Clay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Highlights: a 49\u20130 demolition of Riverside and a 53\u20130 Northwest Classic win over Ribault. <strong>TJ (Timothy) Cole<\/strong> has been ultra-efficient (season totals entering mid-October included ~788 pass yards, 12 TDs, 1 INT per local previews) and in individual games posted lines like ~170 pass yds with multiple TDs and 50+ rushing yards. <strong>Tadarius Washington<\/strong> (multiple rushing TDs in big wins) and playmakers <strong>Ethan Sherman<\/strong> and <strong>Ziyon Butler<\/strong> added big receiving days. Defensively, Troy Butler and Tony Williams anchored a unit creating turnovers and TFLs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Mandarin\u2019s offense is fast and versatile; they\u2019ll need to sustain it against the area\u2019s best. They have strong wins over Creekside, Bradford, and Rockledge. Earlier in the month <strong>Xander Edwards<\/strong> delivered a monster rushing output of 522 yards, and 8 TDs in a key outing versus Baldwin. The Bulldogs\u2019 ability to win both shootouts and grind-out games shows depth and playmakers on both lines. Their wins over Monarch and Oakleaf are their most significant wins on the schedule. Enrique Ordo\u00f1ez has rushed for 598 yards and 4 TDs. They\u2019re still a matchup problem for most teams when execution is sharp as they have wins over Lincoln, Creekside, and Fletcher.
