Week #5 High School Power Rankings

Head Coaches Corky Rogers (Bolles) and Deran Wiley (Raines) embrace after their hard faught game last week

#1  First Coast

First Coast defeated the bye week, remains undefeated!

#2. Trinity

Trinity moves back up to #2 after a Bolles loss and completely destroying Christ’s Church last week.

#3. Columbia

The Tigers are on a roll, and there were no mental lapses versus a really bad Terry Parker team last week.

#4. Fletcher

Fletcher faces Creekside this week after a bye. They’ve shown they are very good team and will continue to improve.

#5. Clay

Clay was tested last week and showed they can put up points versus Ponte Vedra. They’ll be tested again against Oakleaf.

” The Vikings have a brutal schedule but are a good team”. We said this last week and they proved us right versus previously undefeated Bolles.

 #7. Ed White

The Commanders have been launching teams into space of late. There’s no reason they won’t do the same versus Orange Park this week.

#8. Bolles

What a gut wrenching loss by the Bulldogs. They had Raines down by two scores in the 4th quarter. After letting that one slip away I feel sorry for Vanguard of  Ocala, their next opponent.

This team continues to impress. All they do is win football games.

#10. St. Augustine

Introducing the Yellow Jackets to the power rankings ladies and gentlemen! They are the Kings of the Beltway right now defeating all the teams outside the 295 beltway. Ponte Vedra will try to dethrone the king tonight.

Outside looking in :

Oakleaf, Lee, Atlantic Coast,Episcopal

After their win over Clay, Oakleaf should be ahead of Raines!

Not sure what your smoking my friend but Oakleaf isn’t that good to leap frog Raines. Trinity should be number 1!
