National Signing Day 2018: Northeast Florida Athletes Sign with Miami, FAMU, BCU, VSU and Other Southeast Colleges

National Signing Day came and went with lots of local kids realizing their dreams of the opportunity of playing collegiate football. For the Colleges and Universities in the southeast, many of them tapped into the talent of Northeast Florida to power their programs. We saw some big surprises on signing day, and none bigger was that of big Jordan Miller, defensive tackle from Sandalwood. When you turn on the tape, there’s no missing Jordan Miller. He’s big, he’s fast and he creates havoc on the field. It’s amazing that this young man went virtually unnoticed by scouts in Northeast Florida. But a late recruiting push by Coach Mark Richt and staff landed the 6’3, 330 pounder. His story is one remarkable success story of many, and several kids signed letters of intent to play college football.
