As a defensive captain and safety for the Atlantic Coast High School, Miles Halyard stands as one of the most promising young players in Jacksonville, Florida. At 6 feet tall and 180 pounds, he combines size and athleticism to be a key figure in his team’s defensive scheme. Halyard’s leadership on the field has earned him the captain role, a testament to his commitment, football IQ, and ability to rally his teammates.

Halyard’s impact on defense is undeniable. He was defensive Player of the Game versus Sandalwood with 10 tackles, and is one of the leading tacklers on the team. His natural instincts as a safety allow him to cover ground quickly, making plays both in the air and on the ground. He excels in both pass coverage and run support, using his agility and awareness to break up, and intercept passes while making critical tackles.
