Episcopal Swoops And Snatches A Big Win Over Jackson

Jacksonville FL-The procedure of removing a bone from a tiger’s mouth would seem somewhat of a formidable task. Fortunately for Episcopal, the Tigers that they’d face Wednesday evening would slumber through most of their contest, allowing the endeavor to be one of ease. Episcopal’s game leading scorer Ana Ion racked up a total of 16 points while Hollin Hakimian scored 11 points, Julia Kagiliery gained 9 points and Taylor Wells rocked 7 points.

Episcopal began the game by locking down the first quarter only allowing Jackson 5 points in which 2 of those points were acquired from free throws. Ion hovered over the entire first quarter enticing the crowd, delivering three 3-pointers, sinking two shots and picking up a free throw. Ion along with Taylor , Williams and Hakimian would set up an impenetrable wall of defense intimidating Jackson’s offensive players. Episcopal played a poised, aggressive quarter with tact, outscoring Jackson 20-5.

The second quarter would begin with a stronger, faster and alert Jackson team as Tre’onna Matthews shook things up scoring 5 points, while Tychelle connected with a jaw dropping 3-pointer waking up the Jackson fans. Both Williams and Hakimian would add their finishing touches to the quarter by landing two impeccable  3-pointers a piece. However, Episcopal would not give in, as they  outscore Jackson ending the first half of the game leading 34-15.

The third quarter would be the beginning of the end when Episcopal executed a  fog of plays blanketing Jackson.
