Northeast Fl- The regular season has established a strong group of contenders, but the most important matches are still ahead. Beachside enters the postseason at No. 1, with Fleming Island, Ponte Vedra and Trinity close behind—and plenty of teams looking to make a run.

1. Beachside Barracudas (22-3)

Final ranking: No. 1

Beachside finishes the regular season as the team to beat. The Barracudas defeated Ponte Vedra 3-1 and Bishop Kenny 3-0 in recent action, continuing a season filled with quality victories. Freshman Nina Simanic has been an elite attacker, while Mollie Vandeusen provides outstanding all-around production. Isabella Taveras Seda anchors the back row, and Ana Simanic helps direct the offense. Beachside has shown the depth and consistency of a legitimate state-title contender.


2. Fleming Island Golden Eagles (20-3)

We were the only team to rank the Golden Eagles #1 in our early polls. Now, everyone has them near the top just like us. Fleming Island has built one of the region’s strongest seasons, combining powerful attacking with a deep lineup. The Golden Eagles’ recent winning run included victories over Ponte Vedra ( a rematch from an earlier loss) and Trinity, Middleburg, Wolfson and Episcopal. Lillie Eason has led the attack, with Lauren Brosky and Kaylee Clark adding firepower at the net. Setters Shelby Jackson and Moe’ono’ono Aseta have helped keep the offense balanced. Fleming Island enters the postseason looking capable of challenging anyone in the area.


3. Ponte Vedra Sharks (15-4)

Ponte Vedra has enjoyed another strong season, defeating quality opponents and competing near the top of the rankings. The Sharks lost a recent four-set match to Beachside, but their season résumé remains impressive. Vivienne Woodbury and Lily Keeley are important offensive weapons, while Khloe Murray contributes at the net. Jenna Hahnemann has been a key playmaker at setter, and Brianna Rihlmann has helped stabilize the defense. Ponte Vedra remains a serious postseason threat.


4. Trinity Christian Conquerors (19-6)

Trinity Christian has put together an excellent 19-win campaign, collecting victories against several competitive programs. A sweep of Bolles was a notable result during the season. Nova Hewlett has led the team offensively, while Raelyn Williams and Makenzie King have provided important two-way contributions. Setter Emma Hernesman has helped coordinate the attack. Trinity’s mix of offense and experience makes the Conquerors a dangerous opponent in tournament play.


5. Middleburg Broncos (14-11)

Middleburg has battled through a demanding schedule and earned key wins over teams including Tocoi Creek and Chiles. Katelynn Laezza and Maysie Bader have been important offensive contributors, while Abigail Grybb brings blocking ability at the net. Reese Forkum has been a major part of the defensive effort. The Broncos’ experience against quality opposition should serve them well as they pursue a postseason run.


6. Fletcher Senators (17-7)

Fresh off a victory over Wolfson for the Gateway Conference championship, Fletcher has been one of the area’s more competitive teams. They’ve recorded victories over opponents such as Episcopal and Stanton. Amelia Richter has been a major attacking presence, while Chelsea Akakatang has contributed at the net with strong blocking and hitting. Juliette Watson has helped lead the defensive effort and serving game. With 17 wins, Fletcher has demonstrated the ability to compete and will look to translate that success into the postseason.


7. Wolfson Wolfpack (16-6)

What a year for Wolfson, makig it all the way to the Gateway Conference Championship. Wolfson has produced another winning season building momentum from last year, with victories over several competitive teams, including Bolles and Tocoi Creek. Mae Abernathy, Averie Porter and Bethany Stephens have led the offensive effort, while setter Carter Rowell has been important in distributing the ball. Monica Mina has contributed defensively. Wolfson’s balanced lineup gives the Wolfpack an opportunity to make noise in postseason competition. This has been an amazing program to watch in recent years, and its so great for the school to have a powerhouse program in sports.


8. Bishop Kenny Crusaders (11-14)

Bishop Kenny’s record reflects an extremely challenging schedule, but the Crusaders have continued to compete against top-level opponents. They earned a 3-1 win over Bolles before facing Beachside. Chloe Johnson has been a leading offensive player, Aleena Lundy provides blocking at the net, and Claire Newell has contributed in the back row. Mia Ancayan has also been a key setter. Bishop Kenny’s experience in high-pressure matches remains valuable.


9. Bolles Bulldogs (12-9)

Bolles has faced a challenging slate featuring Beachside, Ponte Vedra, Trinity Christian and Wolfson. The Bulldogs have still put together important victories and remain a team capable of making matches competitive. Izzy Fischer has been a major attacking threat, with Sophia Albaugh contributing offensively and from the service line. Mary Cronk helps on defense, while Breznai Smolko brings a blocking presence.


10. Tocoi Creek Toros (12-11)

Tocoi Creek has navigated a demanding season and collected wins against opponents including Bishop Snyder, Nease and other area programs. Avery Smith has been a primary offensive weapon, Anikah Scott contributes at the net, and Melanie Carey has anchored the back row. The Toros’ ability to defend and produce points in transition will be important as they enter postseason play.


11–25: Teams Looking to Make a Postseason Statement

11. Episcopal Eagles (14-11)

Episcopal has earned its place in the Top 25 with a competitive season against several strong area teams. The Eagles have shown they can challenge established programs, and their 14 victories provide a solid foundation heading into tournament play. Their ability to stay disciplined in serve-receive and finish rallies will be important against the region’s top competition. Bianca Brzezicka, Breanna Smith, Lacey Reed, Alexis Galani, and Vi Janikwski have led the way.

12. Christ’s Church Academy Eagles (16-7)

Christ’s Church has had a strong winning season, reaching 16 victories and proving competitive against public and private-school opponents. The Eagles’ overall record reflects a team that can put pressure on opponents when its offense and defense work together. They will look to turn that consistency into postseason success. Harper Hadden, Delainey McLaughlin, Julia Mortensen, and Layden Kampfe have been strong contributors for the Eagles this season.

13. Creekside Knights (14-10)

Creekside has remained competitive through a season filled with difficult matchups. The Knights have been tested by several Top 25 opponents, and their 14 wins show the ability to put together productive stretches. Strong serving and limiting unforced errors will be crucial if Creekside hopes to make a postseason push. It’s been Bridget Madden, Jayce Duguid, and Khloe Hall among others helping Creekside win some major upsets this year.

14. Oakleaf Knights (11-13)

Oakleaf has faced a challenging schedule, including matches against ranked programs such as Wolfson and Bolles. The Knights’ record shows how difficult the season has been, but their experience against strong opposition could help them prepare for tournament play. Consistency on serve and defense will be key. Their winning can be contributed to a team effort. Yet these individuals led in stats. Kaila Carpenedo, Payton Jones, Amaya Martinez, and Desiree Fernandez.

15. Bartram Trail Bears (9-15)

Bartram Trail has endured a tough season, facing several of the region’s strongest teams. The Bears have had to work through difficult stretches, but their competitive schedule has provided valuable experience. A strong postseason performance would give the team an opportunity to finish the year with momentum.

16. Baldwin Indians (18-4)

Baldwin has been one of the season’s strongest stories, compiling 18 wins and earning a place in the Top 25. Grace Gottberg has been a leading attacker, while Lily Dotson and Amaya Cardwell have added offensive production. Madeline Culbreth has been a defensive contributor, and Tynlee Jarrell has helped organize the offense. Baldwin’s strong record makes the Indians a team opponents should not overlook.

17. Yulee Hornets (14-7)

Kaveri Harris, Caliegh Shields, Mylie Breutzmann, and Taylor Ross have led Yulee through a daunting season. Thay have delivered a winning season and remained competitive throughout the area schedule. The Hornets’ 14 victories place them among the region’s stronger teams outside the Top 10. Their ability to serve aggressively and maintain defensive pressure will be important as they look to advance in postseason play.

18. Nease Panthers (8-13)

Nease has battled through a difficult season against a competitive schedule. The Panthers have faced several teams in these rankings, giving them experience against different offensive styles. Their postseason challenge will be to limit errors, extend rallies and capitalize on scoring opportunities. Ari Ryan, Isabella Hayes have been two of the many players that have seen Nease upset top contenders in the area.

19. Atlantic Coast Stingrays (11-13)

Atlantic Coast has shown flashes of strong play, including victories over Sandalwood and Orange Park earlier in the season. Kaia Carpenedo has been a key offensive contributor, while Payton Jones and Jordin Judge have provided presence at the net. Amya Martinez has helped defensively, and Carly Hitzeman has contributed from the service line.

20. Bishop Snyder Cardinals (15-10)

Bishop Snyder’s 15 wins reflect a productive season, with the Cardinals competing against teams from across Northeast Florida. Their place in the Top 25 recognizes that consistency. Emma Bordinca, Caitlyn Boshell, Embry Allen, and Harper Chipoletti have exhibited strong communication and disciplined play will be essential as the team moves into postseason competition.

21. Clay Blue Devils (15-8)

Clay has built a winning season with 15 victories and enters the final rankings as a team capable of challenging its opponents. The Blue Devils have worked through a competitive schedule, and their postseason prospects will depend on maintaining offensive rhythm and defending well in long rallies. McKenzie Harris, Kai Longmire, Addison Pinter, and Aubrey Sellers have led the way for the squad.

22. Union County Tigers (10-13)

Union County rounds out a competitive group of teams that have faced different challenges throughout the regular season. The Tigers’ 10 wins show they have had success, while the experience gained in close matches can help prepare them for postseason play. Its been an up and down season, but these players have kept their play at the top. Morgan Smith, Mallory Waugh, Bayley Staier, and Elizabeth Fowler.

23. Stanton Blue Devils (12-10)

Stanton has put together a balanced season, reaching double-digit victories and competing well in district play. Grishma Maddakuri has been a key attacking option, while Izzy Peterson has contributed at the net. Tavee Powell has helped defensively, and Ester Medina has been a serving weapon.

24. Mandarin Mustangs (8-13)

Mandarin has faced a demanding schedule in a region filled with competitive volleyball programs. The Mustangs’ final ranking reflects a season of learning and development against challenging opponents. Sadie Matthews, Consistent passing and strong execution will be important as they look to close out the year on a positive note.

25. Beaches Chapel Lions (16-5)

Beaches Chapel closes the Top 25 with an impressive 16-5 record. The Lions have put together a strong winning campaign and earned recognition among the area’s top teams. Their success reflects a productive regular season, and they will look to carry that momentum into their next matches.
