Biography

At 6-foot-4 and 300 pounds, Alex Citrullo brings size, skill, and academic excellence to the heart of Fletcher High School’s offensive line. A Class of 2026 standout, Citrullo will graduate early in December 2025, already committed to continue his football journey at the Division I level with Wagner College.

Citrullo’s high school path began at Sandalwood High School, playing under longtime coach Adam Geis during his freshman and sophomore years. Though he has since moved on, Citrullo still trains and lifts with Geis, crediting him for laying the foundation of his game. He also trains with former University of Florida and NFL lineman Ian Silberman in the off season with North Florida Trenches and B3.

His junior season took him to University Christian, where he played a pivotal role in helping the Christians capture a district championship and make a third-round playoff run.

Now in his senior year, Citrullo has transferred to Fletcher High School, where he will play for Coach Ciatrick Fason, a former Florida Gator and NFL running back. For Citrullo, the move is more than just football — it’s about family and community. His mother is a Fletcher alum, and he once walked the halls of Fletcher Middle School.

In the classroom, Citrullo matches his dominance on the line with academic achievement. He holds a 4.17 GPA, and recruiters have noticed his intelligence in the classroom and film room. Citrullo holds offers from  Wagner, The Citadel, and Western Kentucky, UNC Pembroke, Pace, and Warner. He is an early enrollee, at Wagner where he looks forward to working with Coach Sino and Coach Masella, studying Sports Management.
