Passing for 1,656yds, 16 TDs: and Rushing 466yds, 6 TDs his junior year, James Resar has struck fear in the hearts of defensive coordinators for several years. He is a top-tier dual threat quarterback that’s able to drop the ball perfectly on deep passes, and can also be used as a primary runner on designed plays.
