Hello My name is Andre Ellis, Founder of DuvalSports.com. I want to thank you for visiting Duval’s #1 Youth & Prep Football Site and hope that you enjoy the various content highlighting youth and prep sports in our area. I started this website with a vision to highlight the accomplishments of our youth in Jacksonville and North East Florida in the areas of competitive sport. Their sacrifices in the classroom and on the field are to be commended. But more than just a few athletes that make the local news paper or fifteen second highlight clip, I believe ALL athletes should have the opportunity to be acknowledged for their participation and contribution to sports in our area.
That’s why I’m asking you to support this endeavor by coming out to the Jacksonville Landing for the 2015 One Spark Jacksonville Festival April 8th-12th! Come check out our booth and view our project vision, and ideas for making Duval Sports the #1 youth and prep sports site in the state! In order to do this we need your help. What is One Spark??
One Spark is a crowd funding festival located in downtown Jacksonville that will feature several projects vying for support from the public to aide in the advancement of projects. The festival has endless opportunity for entertainment, food and fun… And its Free!
Why should you Vote for Duval Sports??
Because we are the only interactive sports website site that allows you to follow young athletes from Youth sports, through Middle School, and ultimately High School Sports! We are attempting to start a youth summer camp for kids to stay physically fit during the summer and have a safe place to learn and have fun over the summer. We also intend to start internships for high school and college students who wish to pursue careers in journalism and digital management.
