Jacksonville Fl-The Jacksonville Jaguars continued their commitment to developing football talent across Northeast Florida with the announcement of the 2025 Jaguars All Prep Football Team, a prestigious honor recognizing the top high school football players in the region. The annual list celebrates standout performances on the field while also highlighting leadership, work ethic, and community impact.
The All Prep team is an extension of Jaguars Prep, the organization’s year-round youth and high school football initiative designed to support players, coaches, and programs throughout Duval and surrounding counties.

Jaguars Prep focuses on player development, coaching education, character building, and exposure opportunities, helping bridge the gap between high school football and the next level. Through camps, clinics, showcases, and partnerships with local schools, the program has become a cornerstone of football development in Northeast Florida.

Overseeing these efforts is Adriel Rocha, Vice President of Youth and High School Football for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Rocha has played a key role in expanding Jaguars Prep and strengthening the team’s connection to the local football community.

Under his leadership, the program has emphasized access, equity, and long-term growth, ensuring student-athletes are supported both on and off the field. Rocha noted that the All Prep team represents not just talent, but dedication and accountability. “These young men earned this recognition through hard work, consistency, and representing their schools and communities the right way,” he said.
