Week 2, Sept. 20

Gilbert at Northwestern-   (Click the Link for the Game story)

Gilbert (2-0): After a disappointing ending to last season, the Panthers are out for blood this season and have won both games easily so far with a pair of wins over Fletcher 30-0 and Northwestern 42-0. QB Bryce Tompkins tossed two touchdown  passes as six different players scored touchdowns.


 

Oceanway-0 at Ribault-30

Ribault (2-0): The Colts have looked unstoppable so far, while the win over Oceanway 30-0 may have caught some peoples attention.

 

Highlands-6 at Kirby Smith-6,  (Jackson) (Click the Link for the Game story)

Kirby Smith (2-0) are not only racking up wins but blowing out their opposition as well with wins over Southside 48-0 and Highlands 28-6. Kaleb Killean and Lucious Lattimore both scored two touchdowns in the win.


 

Darnell Cookman-0 at Mayport-46

Myles Montgomery had 4 touchdowns an interception and 2 sacks in a mayport win 46-0 over Darnell Cookman.

 


 

Stilwell-6 at Landon-14

WR Chris Calhoun caught a touchdown pass for the Lions as Landon defeated Stilwell 14-6

 

Twin Lakes- 26 at Landmark-6

Twin Lakes (2-0): The defending city runner-ups have been impressive in wins over Stilwell 16-0 and Landmark (1-1) 26-6.


 

Mandarin-0 at Lakeshore-42

Lakeshore (2-0): Don’t look now but Lakeshore is quietly creeping up the rankings with back-to-back shutout wins over Mandarin 42-0 and Landon 42-0

JW Johnson-30 at Kernan-8

JW Johnson (2-0): Another surprise team in the rankings this season but a solid start to the season with wins over Northwestern 35-0 and Kernan 30-8 has the attention of the city.

Fletcher-24 at Jeff Davis-16   (Click the Link for the Game story)

Fletcher (1-1): The defending city champs, bounced back nicely with a 24-16 win over Jeff Davis yesterday, a week after getting blown out by Gilbert 30-0.  The Chargers went toe-to-toe with the defending city champs before falling in a close one. FB Colby Smith had 3TDs for Fletcher in the win.

 

Arlington-34 at Jeb Stuart-30

Arlington (2-0): The Vikings have taken advantage of other teams losing and taking care of themselves with wins over Mandarin 28-16 and Jeb Stuart 34-30.

Southside-26 at Fort Caroline-0

 

Baldwin-0 at Dupont-28  (Click the Link for the Game story)

#10 Patrick Bryant II tossed two TDs in the Dragons win over Baldwin Tuesday. Jacobi Myers added to the effort scoring 3TDs on the day.
