Week 3 in the SJRYFC saw great action in youth football. The UC Soldiers 10U team got a big win over Star Ready 13-0, to improve to 2-1 on the season. Coach Penland, a University of Nebraska alum, used his power running game to over power their opponent for the victory. In other action, two undefeated teams matched up with each other when the 12U UC Soldiers defeated the 12U Star Ready Gators 38-0. The game was billed as a promising matchup, however the end result showed two teams going in very different directions. The UC soldiers were excited to get the wins, yet there were other big winners in week#3. Check them out below.
