Congratulations to Lake Shore Middle who will represent the western division, Highlands Middle who will represent the North, Fletcher Middle who will represent the East, and …… well the South division is still up for grabs. Southside Middle, Dupont Middle, and Mandarin Middle are all scheduled to play a tie breaker this week to determine the champion of the southern division. It should be a good one. As three of the four teams are set, lets check out where they all fall below in this week’s Power Rankings! There’s been some movement since last week!

- Lake Shore – Impressive wins all year, they jump Highlands for the first time in the rankings
- Highlands- Highlands had an easy game and took advantage of the matchup. Still a top team.
- Ribault- Tough year for the champs losing to Highlands but a big win over Gilbert made up for it!
- Fletcher- Impressive win over Arlington on the road. They definitely deserve to move up!
- Gilbert- Gilbert with a hard fought game vs rival Ribault. Came up short, but still Top 5 in city!
- J.E.B Stuart-Only one loss to Lake Shore, this very good team is on the outside looking in
- Southside- This team is getting better and better. Bad sign for the south division
- Mandarin- Blowout victory over Twin Lakes has them playing with supreme confidence
- Arlington- Tough loss at home to Fletcher, they can rebound versus undefeated Lake Shore in their last game
- James Weldon Johnson- This team is pretty good. They have talent at key positions especially quarterback.
