Many area schools are represented in the AP polls including, Bolles, Oakleaf, Trinity, St. Augustine, Clay, Raines, and First Coast. Mandarin received several votes to be ranked in the 8A poll, however neither the Mustangs nor Sandalwood appear in the polls after their week one impressive wins. After losing to Bartram, Bishop Kenny still received a vote in the 5A poll. Columbia, and Bartram are close to cracking the polls well for the 7A Districts.
