The First Coast Youth Athletic Association is in full affect and representing youth football with style in the early part of their season. Some great teams are vying for the top spot as Baker County 6U, 8U, & 12U, as well as CYAA South 10U defends their championship titles. The top teams will compete in the AYF National Tournament in Orlando at the end of the season.
With two weeks under their belt some teams have established themselves as clear favorites. Baker County 6U is 2-0 on the year after beating JLA and Hilliard. The young Wildcats are rolling right now! In 8U action, look out for M2M ( Mentor 2 Mentee) who are 2-0 after beating Raw and Hilliard. In 10U action, the Duval Tigers started 1-0 joining Baker County and M2M! That division is going to be a battle royal! The 12U division features CYAA South the park that went all the way to the AYF Nationals last year has two associations now (double trouble). They are 2-0 and looking to keep up their winning ways. Ormond Beach is a park that finds itself undefeated along with M2M and Duval Tigers in 12U as well. Finally in 14U Ormond Beach is undefeated as they look to represent the FCYA in that division against the best in the country!
