This wide receiver is dynamic. He can sky to get jump balls, fly past defenders on go routes, but the most important attribute I saw from Harper was his ability to go across the middle. Scouts say he is “quicker than fast”. The Jaguars need a slot receiver, and with the departure of Cecil Shorts, many believe that this slot receiver is not on the current roster. With the front office unable to nab Randall Cobb in free agency, Harper is the ideal draft pick in the 4th!
