Jacksonville-Fl The stars came out to shine on Thursday night. A huge matchup between the Bolles Bulldogs and the Mandarin Mustangs drew lots of attention as there were several highly scouted players on both teams. For the visiting Mandarin Mustangs, loads of talent left to go off to college this year, including Tramell Jones Jr, Jaime Ffrench, and Drake Stubbs. Despite these loses, Mandarin seems to load up with talent year after year.
On the offensive side of the ball, Brysen Wright is one of the most electrifying high school athletes in the whole country. At just 14 years old, Brysen already holds offers from over 30 colleges around the country. Wright made an outstanding play late in the second quarter, taking a screen pass 80 yards for a touchdown.

Throwing Brysen the ball, is class of 2028 quarterback Knox Annis, who has already received several offers from schools like Auburn, Florida, Miami, and many more. Annis had two passing touchdowns on the evening, the other going to receiver Tian Wyche.

The long list of star athletes continue onto the defensive side of the ball as well. Cornerback Brody Jennings who is currently committed to Michigan and played outstanding defense all evening. Jennings is the younger brother of Bradley Jennings Jr (Miami), Branden Jennings ( Mississippi State), and Brittney Jennings (Miami Track & Field).

He provides experience in a secondary that will be the strongest unit of the team. His size at DB is unmatched by many, and he’ll be able to use that to his advantage to warn off opposing quarterbacks from throwing to his side.

Joining Jennings in the secondary is Shareef Jackson who holds offers from Georgia Tech, Wake Forest, Western Kentucky, and many more. The talent doesn’t stop there in the Mandarin secondary.

Tamajh Mitchell is another elite defensive back who holds offers from schools like Penn State, Duke, and Uconn. Kameron Mills is another outstanding prospect on the Mandarin defense. The junior linebacker current holds offers from SMU, Western Kentucky, Bowling Green, and many more.

Along the defensive line, Brian Harris is a current 4 star. Brian’s top 5 schools are Alabama, Michigan, Oklahoma, Penn State, and South Carolina. He committed to Oklahoma on Friday. His 6 foot 4, 290 pound presence will look to pressure opposing quarterbacks into sacks and picks.

This play is just a glimpse of what the Bolles offense could look like in the fall. Returning to the Bolles offense is Naeem Burroughs and Corbyn Fordham. Burroughs is a four star wide receiver who is committed to play at Clemson. Burroughs is the younger brother of Quincy Burroughs, a Wisconsin wide receiver who recently transferred to Western Kentucky.

Fordham is a four star tight end who is committed to play at Ohio State. His older brothers Caden Fordham plays at NC State, and Cooper Fordham plays at Louisiana. JJ Sparks will continue to hold down the offensive line for the Bulldogs this fall as well. Sparks is a 3 star offensive lineman committed to play at Miami (FL).
Bolles lost a lot of talent on defense this year, however they will still have a solid core that will hold down the defense. Simeon Caldwell is a safety/linebacker, who is committed to play at Ohio State. The Under Armor All-American did not participate this spring due to recovering from an injury this past fall.
